BDHP closed on the purchase of a 42.4 acre parcel in a key area between the City of Conway and Coastal Carolina University just off Highway 501. This area is a mix of residential and commercial including industrial. The site is currently zoned for commercial and is located across from a new residential subdivision.

BDHP secured a contract on a 11.23 acres of mixed use land. Upon securing, BDHP secured the resale of 7.86 acres of that land for $365,000, leaving a project net cost after closing of $90,000 for the 3.37 acres of Light Industrial Zoned Land with good frontage along paved road and near Coastal Grand Mall just outside the City of MB.
